Description
A true witness to the history of the Neuchâtel Mountains, and formerly known as the Hôtel de Commune, Le Cochon Rose Inn has served many purposes over the centuries, housing the local municipal administration, a school, and later an inn.
The story of the place
Lovingly restored by architect Jonathan Schmid, the building has now returned to its original vocation of welcoming guests through its hotel and restaurant. Led by chefs Corin and Arnaud Frascotti, the restaurant offers a creative and generous seasonal bistronomic cuisine, showcasing the finest local ingredients in an authentic setting where heritage and warm hospitality come together.
